From teaching friends, mothers and private groups, Nada’s cooking classes evolved over 20 years ago – 'The Gourmet Goddess Club'.

      The “goddesses” wanted more, hence Nada started to cater for their private functions at their homes, then their husbands’ corporate functions, then their son’s 21’sts, then their daughter’s weddings and her reputation grew far and wide.

      In 2013, Nada and her husband Tony opened a restaurant and bar in Gordon,
'2 Stews And a Cockatoo'.

      Everyone thought it was a bold and crazy move, especially in Gordon, but Nada and Tony believed that what the East can have, so can the North and we can do it just as good, if not better!

      Nada and Tony sold a successful business in 2016 (much to a lot of disappointment) and now Nada is concentrating on delivering bespoke catering and event packages for people who value amazing food and service.
